Cosmetic Nurse Mentorship Program

This one‑to‑one mentorship is designed to support nurses entering non‑surgical aesthetic practice. The programme focuses on clinical observation, supervised practical exposure, and professional development.

What’s Included in Your Shadowing Day

The full‑day shadowing session runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and provides an immersive learning environment. The day follows a structured schedule to maximise learning. Participants must have completed basic theoretical foundation courses in neuromodulator and dermal filler theory to be eligible

Morning Session

The morning covers common clinical protocols, client assessment techniques, and how to develop a personalised skin and treatment plan. We will discuss product categories and clinical considerations for upper‑face neuromodulator approaches and filler placement for lips and cheeks. The session also reviews adjunctive skin treatments commonly used in clinic.

Clinic Observation

You will observe a minimum of four clients from consultation through to post‑procedure care for a range of routine clinic procedures. This provides insight into client assessment, treatment workflow, and aftercare. We will discuss product selection considerations, dosing principles, and cultural and skin‑type factors relevant to practice.

Afternoon Debrief

The final hour is a dedicated debrief to review the day’s cases, discuss product selection, relevant legislation, and professional responsibilities. This is an opportunity to ask questions and consolidate learning.

You will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion

Ongoing Mentorship & Support

The programme includes a 30‑minute to one‑hour follow‑up call one month after training to provide ongoing support and address questions that arise in practice.
